1. Recreation Gymnastics:

Recreational classes are designed to be both challenging and fun while working in a safe environment. These classes use a variety of gymnastics and tumbling apparatuses which include spring floor, tumble track trampoline, uneven and parallel bars, beam, vault, pommel horse, rings and training mats. Classes available:

Preschool - This class is designed to focus on three basic skills:

Motor and cognitive skills - teaching body awareness, balance and coordination.

Social skills - interaction with adults and other children, listening, following directions, patience and taking turns.

General activities include climbing, sliding, jumping, rolling, swinging and balance in a safe and fun environment.

Toddler (1-2 1/2 yrs) - An introduction to basic tumbling skills focusing on balance, flexibility, body awareness and attention skills.

Beginner I (4+ yrs) - An introduction to basic tumbling skills focusing on balance, flexibility, body awareness and attention skills.

Beginner II (intermediate) - Introduction to basic gymnastics skills focusing on flexibility, body awareness, attention and retention skills and beginning level strength skills.

Basic and Advance Tumbling - Designed for students with basic tumbling experience and are ready to train beyond round off back handsprings. Work towards your tuck, layout, gainer, full and front tumbling.

Open Training - Offers students and friends up to two hours of gym time to practice skills or play in a safe and supervised environment. Everyone is welcomed. Don't know if gymnastics is for your child? This is a great way to "try it out" with no long term obligation. Open Training is available most Friday's (call ahead) from 5:00-7:00pm.

2. Competitive Team Gymnastics:   

Competitive team gymnastics is designed for those students who wish to compete and challenge themselves to be the best they can be. Gymnasts are evaluated and placed in classes based on their skills or previous gymnastics experience. The progress from one level to the next is based on skill development. Teams consist of Pre-Team to USAG Level 10.

3. Majorettes:

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced - Level depends on age and experience. These classes teach the basics of twirling, strutting, dance-twirl, marching, jazz skills and the rudimental routine which is the base work for all future skills. Throughout the year students will learn to choreographed routines which they will be given the opportunity to perform at various events as well as marching in parades. As the girls advance there are many opportunities for competition as well.

4. Person Training and Body Sculpting:

5. Privates:

Scheduled 30 min to one hour training sessions with a skilled coach. Prefect your gymnastic, cheerleading, majorette, dance and theatrical skills. We can help you gain the confidence you need to do that back handspring, back tuck or any other skill you might need for your future flipping.
